1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the 22 TONS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be a registered business entity or a licensed independent professional to use our marketplace. We do not offer services to individual consumers for personal use.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities occurring under your account are your sole responsibility.
4. Marketplace Rules
Users must provide accurate load and capacity information. Manipulation of ratings, spamming, or fraudulent bids will result in immediate account termination.
5. Fees and Payments
Registration is currently free. 22 TONS reserves the right to introduce subscription fees or transaction commissions with a 30-day notice period.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and content on 22 TONS are the exclusive property of Widras Software SRL or its licensors.
7. Limitation of Liability
22 TONS is a marketplace, not a carrier or broker. We are not liable for any damages arising from transport delays, cargo damage, or payment disputes between users.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify 22 TONS against any claims resulting from your breach of these terms or your violation of any transport regulations.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of our policies or for security reasons.
